appearance: Joe is a thin man about 6'0 in height. He keeps his hair unkept and he has large black-rimmed glasses. He also have a satchel where he keeps his pokeballs and his bait.

Personality: Relaxed, Laid back, Paranoid (a bit) are the personalities that usually describe Joe. He has this habit of looking at all directions before going anywhere and he's always looking down trying to exist without attracting attention.

Mr Fish (Magikarp) level 100 (splash, tackle, flail) Mr. Fish is Joe's first pokemon, his best friend and his test subject.
Ace! Super (Midkip) level 5 (tackle, growl) He got lucky and caught one. he decides to keep Ace! Super.
Ctrl C (Ditto) level 33 (transform) the pokemon he used while he was in the organization (rockets)

History: Joe came from a family of Geniuses. At age 7 Joe is very into the sciences and was tagged as the Wiz Kid of Vermillion. He already had Mr Fish back then. Then one day a guest visited their house. He was wearing a suit and he was talking with Joe's father. few minutes passed he hears a gun shot then the black suit guy walks toward him. Scared he silently backs away. Then the old guy said that his dad went away and he said that he would take care of him. for years he was trained as a scientist for the Rockets. he taught he was doing a good thing but then he saw how the rockets treat the other pokemons. at age 18 he ran away from the rockets and went incognito for 5 years. nowadays he hangs out in the beaches of Cinnabar as a fisherman.

Other information: He's very lucky. finding coins here and there. But he doesnt have a strong body so he only wanders around at night. during the day fishing and sleeping are the only thing he does. (or should i say can do)
