Team Rocket Background: Uniforms

Upon Joining the Team Rocket, the initial Black traditional Rocket uniform with the red R in the center of the cut-away over-shirt is MANDATORY!

However, that is only true until after being promoted from Grunt-level. Agents are allowed to pick what color uniform they wish to wear with traditional standard clothing. (The uniform must still be in order, just different colors.)

Officers and Higher may have small changes to their Uniforms, such as rips and tares. Accessories like a cuter hate or sandals ETC.

Elites and Scientists can wear whatever they wish. However, It is not uncommon for an Elite to continue to wear at least the boots and pants of the traditional uniform attire. Scientists must wear Lab-coats while-working.

All ranks who have not been specified here are allowed to wear whatever at their leisure. And undercover Rockets get to dress up ^^ No dress-code for these guys.
